The San Joaquin Delta College women’s golf team are celebrating a victory.
Sophomore Ysabel Cabriera took 15th place at the Women’s Golf State Championship held at Kings Country Club earlier this week.
Cabriera participated in two rounds with scores of 81 and 87.
This is the only the second time the women’s golf team has successfully made it to the state championship since it was established in 2008, according to an email sent out to the campus.
