Wireless internet service will soon be available to students in the Goleman Library according to Dave Sartain, Director of IT and Data Services at Delta College.
“It will take time to finish authentication and get instructions to students,” said Sartain, adding that he hopes to have the service available in the next two weeks, at which point they will begin focusing on expanding to cover more areas on campus.
A previous campus-wide wireless internet service, provided through AT&T and paid for by ASBG, was available, but the contract expired in December of last year.
