Spend a considerable amount of thought deciding what your resolution should be. This isn’t something that can be rushed.

HAVE A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER HELP YOU

Try to make your resolutions yourself for a week. Then get a good person to help if you can’t figure it out.

STAY ON TRACK

Mark your calendar everyday as a reminder to accomplish your resolution. It will make it easy to tell if you’ve completed the goal.

BE HAPPY

Put your best effort forward and don’t look back. Don’t stress out. Talk to your helper to motivate you. But if you quit in the first week it’s okay. You completed a week, be happy.

DON’T CHEAT

You can’t cheat life. Don’t waste time cheating, because it’s not going to work. You are going to fail by cheating.
