Hosted by the Mexican Heritage Center of Stockton, the fourth annual
Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) community street fiesta was held
on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021. Street artist Carlos Marquez paints an
interpretation of Cupid. Carlos Marquez has been a member of the
Mexican Heritage Center for seven years. He regularly volunteers his
time at the center and also created a “Jr. Mural” for children to paint
