Vegan Pumpkin Patch Cupcakes
What you will need:
- ½ cup apple sauce
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ¾ cup of white sugar
- ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup of pure pumpkin
- Optional: food dye for a more orange look
Instructions:
- Before preparing ingredients, place your cupcake wrappers in your pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, mix the baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, and cinnamon together.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and applesauce. Add your pumpkin when it is properly mixed.
- Continue mixing the ingredients in the second bowl, slowly adding the ingredients from the first bowl until all are incorporated and there is an even consistency.
- Fill your cupcake rappers with the mixture ¾ of the way.
- Place your cupcakes in the oven and wait about 18 minutes, checking the consistency of the cupcake with a toothpick until it comes out clean.
- Wait for the cupcakes to cool down, and add your frosting of choice.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Spiders
What you will need:
- Peanut Butter
- Chocolate
- Small Pretzel Sticks
Instructions:
- Place small round scoops of peanut butter on a plate or tin foil and place in the freezer until hardened but not solid.
- Place four pretzel sticks into both sides of the peanut butter (eight total).
- Place the peanut butter back in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe dish and melt in the microwave.
- Dip the peanut butter and pretzels into the melted chocolate, covering them to your desired amount.
- Place back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes.
- Serve or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Vampire Blood Lemonade
What you will need:
- 3 cups of raspberries
- ¾ cup of sugar
- ¾ cup of squeezed lemon juice
- 6 cups of water
- Red food dye optional
Instructions:
- Blend the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar together.
- Pour the raspberry liquid through a strainer into a jug.
- Add water to the jug.
- Enjoy!
